Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items with the original packing slip to prevent damage during transit back to our distribution center.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
